Interior characteristics
The stone villa in large Mantineia consists of 3 levels. On the 1st elevated level we have the entrance to the house, a large balcony overlooking the sea and the garden of 400 sq.m. Inside the floor there is the kitchen with living room and fireplace as well as a WC with bathroom. Then you go down to the ground floor of the house with an internal staircase.

The ground floor consists of 2 rooms and the bathroom. 1 double bed and 1 single in one room and a double bed in the other. From the ground floor there is direct access to the lush garden.

Upstairs we have a large room with a double bed and exit to the upper terrace with unobstructed view of the Messinian Gulf. Happy Holidays!
